Dr. Nikia Phillips

At the heart of our practice is Dr. Nikia Phillips, a dedicated healthcare leader with a passion for whole-person care. With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Phillips is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife, holding advanced degrees from Florida Atlantic University and Frontier Nursing University.
Dr. Phillips is highly respected in the community for providing top-tier care to mothers and delivering numerous infants at Wellington Regional Hospital, Palm West Hospital, and Good Samaritan Medical Center. Her holistic approach embraces and supports each mother’s birth plan, ensuring a personalized and compassionate experience.
Dr. Phillips is deeply committed to building strong connections with her patients and guiding them through every stage of life with empathy, expertise, and integrity. As a proud member of the American College of Nurse Midwives, the Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County, and and The American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she continues to shape the future of healthcare in Palm Beach County and beyond.

Najee Holmes
MSN, APRN, CNM
Najee Holmes began her career in the medical profession as a registered nurse in 2015 after graduating from Lincoln College of Technology with her Associates of Science in Nursing. She then continued on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016 from South University in West Palm Beach, Florida. After 6 years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse laying her groundwork in high-risk obstetrics, Najee journeyed forward to receive her Master of Science in Nursing. In 2023, Najee completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University, obtaining AMCB certification in the specialty of Midwifery.
During her graduate education and through her clinical experience, Najee obtained comprehensive education in obstetrical and gynecological pathophysiology, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of many complex disease processes. Najee uses her knowledge and clinical experience combined with her faith and passion for women and women’s health to provide comprehensive, wholistic, patient-centered, and evidence-based health care.
“As a teen mom delivering her first child at the age of 16, it was a midwife who came to my defense. She listened to me! Advocated for me when I could not advocate for myself. She stood between me and those who sought to control what was my birth experience. Even at the age of 16, she saw me!
That is the midwife I aspire to be!!”
